There comes a time in every life when one must go inside to find whatever it is that their destiny holds. You may not always find the ideal answer but you will find truth and whether you are able to deal with this truth or not will determine your walk from this point forward.
Denial is the enemy here. Resist the urge to deny the mirrors reflection. Cognitive dissonance will try and convince you that you are more or less than this moment of truth. Embrace it and move forward from this point, ordering your steps the truth that has revealed itself.
I wrote “the lonely only one knows” at a low point and not to say that it delivered me but it was very therapeutic none the less. It reminded me that all those things that had been hidden from me, even my very soul is knowable if i would only do the soul-work. .
Seek within you A Walking Meditation for whensoever one maintains focus they find communion with the most high. One must fool all foe who in their fantasies try and force our fury for we know their names and from whence they came. They dwell in the land of lower energies and feed on lower vibratory phenomena. We must learn to embrace and invoke àṣẹ, allow thenegativity to melt away as Kundalini breaks through this plane, we shall know peace again.
Allow no one to excite you to anger remind yourself that anger is but misguided energy and that you have the ability to tap into this same energy to redirect it in any situation. This is not to imply that negative energy is not as necessary as the illusion of its opposite, but that they are the same energy only residing at different frequencies.
We must recognize that meditation is not confined to a lotus posed chanting session perched in front of an ancestor alter while incense and solfeggio frequencies fill the atmosphere. We must learn to identify, invoke and project this energy into our daily interactions for this will be the key to preserving our lower nature energy so that it may be called upon in times of necessity.
A Walking Meditation is the inner, under and over-standing of the interaction between the conscious and subconscious through purposeful exploration of ones mind and using this experience to maintain a balanced life.
Over the next few weeks we will explore how one becomes a walking meditation. Through the use of researched methods, visual aids and shared dialogue we will examine our inner life so that we may make the connection between the outward and inward experience of the world that we have created for ourselves.
Some of the topics of discussion will be:
Inner Health & Wellness
